The renovated complex is the southern part of the extensive complex of the Panský Dvůr in Telč.
Panský Dvůr was established in the aftermath of the Hussite wars. It was conveniently located in the catchment area of the farmed area. It was an agricultural farmhouse with portions of stables, warehouses around the handling courtyard. It is located near the castle.
Buildings have been continously modified or rebuilt.
The subject of the solution is the southern semi-enclosed part (missing parts of fencing) of the area of today´s school estate. The buildings are mostly of a farming nature, with offices in the farm building and 4 serviced apartments with windows out of the farm.
The area will be newly used for leisure activities.
